WEBA Technology develops, manufactures and markets additive packages for the antifreeze/coolant, gas patch coolants and heat transfer fluid industry. Our additive package product line includes one-step additive systems and standardized treat rates for making antifreeze/coolants for automobile and heavy-duty diesel equipment, and glycol/water heat transfer fluids. The selected additive package is mixed with the appropriate water/glycol base to produce finished fluids that can meet ASTM and industry specifications. Our diverse product line allows our customers to make products covering a full range of end-use requirements. Our antifreeze/coolant inhibitor package applications range from automotive light-duty to heavy-duty diesel, including conventional (green) antifreeze chemistry to the high-end heavy-duty OAT, hybrid organic acid (HOAT), nitrited OAT (NOAT) coolants and acid and poly-organic (POAT) formulations (orange, red, yellow, pink and multiple other colors). The additive packages are both conventional and extended life formulations.
Our three heat transfer fluid additives allow our customers to make all the required fluids, both propylene glycol based fluids (industrial and food-grade) and ethylene glycol based fluids. These fluids are used in HVAC heating and air conditioning systems including all-aluminum boiler systems in office buildings, hospitals, schools, sports arenas, and for heavy industrial uses such as cooling systems for natural gas compressor engines and heating/cooling systems in refineries, chemical plants and more.
Our staff has over 45 years experience in the chemical field including direct experience with reclamation of all types of glycols, distillation systems, nano-filtration and other types of pre-, post- and the actual processing of glycols. Our additive packages have passed the rigorous testing provided by ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials www.astm.org) and those tests are available for viewing by request.
