TIREGUARD™ 1000

TIREGUARD™ 1000 conditioning solution was designed to protect large tires and wheels such as those used in the mining industry. TIREGUARD™ 1000 protects the tire from damage due to the very demanding service of high pressure and temperature operating conditions. The conditioner contains a corrosion inhibitor package with multiple ingredients to protect the wheel and rims from corrosive attack and pitting. It also contains a combination of ingredients to protect the fibers and elastomers in the rubber tire liner and tire from oxidative attack and degradation. It contains only components which are compatible with the tire materials of composition. TIREGUARD™ 1000 is added directly to the tire air space.

TIREGUARD™ 1000 also helps moderate heat and temperature build-up in the tires. When added to the tires in the recommended quantities, the liquid serves to acts as a heat-absorber both directly and through phase change. Additional benefits of TIREGUARD™ 1000 are that it helps reduce tire air loss, reduces overall maintenance, clean-up and painting, thus saving labor time and expense.
