WEBA Technologies’ METALGUARD® additive packages are added to antifreeze blending processes in a single step (multiple drums of different products are not required for blending) giving our customers an easy way to make various types of antifreeze both concentrate and 50/50 coolants for all automobiles, heavy-duty diesel vehicles, stationary engines, gas patch processing and other applications.

METALGUARD additive packages give you the ability to make the entire range of coolant types from basic green conventional to the newest extended life OAT and LC/EV (low-conductivity, electric vehicle) antifreezes. Using our additives, you can make light and heavy-duty antifreeze/coolants including: OAT, HOAT, NOAT, POAT, LC, FC and EV antifreeze for all vehicles both new and old.

Our heat transfer fluid (HTF) additives allow our customers to make finished heat transfer fluids and winterizing solutions for most industry applications including HTF systems with significant aluminum content and cast aluminum boilers. METALGUARD heat transfer fluid inhibitors make light and heavy-duty fluids, both propylene and ethylene glycol-based serving a broad range of operating temperatures. These inhibitors cover the industry standard of phosphate-based inhibitors as well as all-organic (OAT) inhibitors for specific pH range and aluminum system requirements.

WEBA’s low-conductivity additives and finished fluids fill out the line of available antifreeze products. Our available finished fluid line includes low-conductivity coolants for use in electric vehicles, fuel cell applications, data storage facilities and more. TIREGUARD™ large tire filing solutions round out the line for use in mining, earthmoving, construction, agriculture and class 7 & 8 vehicles.
